Delivery. The costs of delivery (including tax and custom charges etc). will be as displayed to you on our website and will vary depending on your location.
When we will providethe products. We will deliver the product to you within the estimates below:
- Art prints (Giclée), within 4 – 5 business days;
- Canvas prints, within 7 – 8 business days
- Perspex mounts, within 10 – 11 business days;
- Frame and print, within 8 – 9 business days.
For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and couriers DPD, UPS, Fed Ex and Parcelforce.
Next-day shipping to the UK mainland is included in our pricing, and to the rest of the world in 3-7 days as follows:
Giclée prints
Up to A1 sent via Royal Mail Tracked/Signature services (courier optional). We normally pack no more than 2 or 3 prints in a tube, larger quantities and sizes are sent via courier.
All of Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.
Surcharge for multiple items outside of UK:
We will contact you about the additional charge prior to proceeding with your order (normally within 1 business day). The surcharge varies between £5 and £30 per item depending on the destination and product type.
Taxes / duties
Generally, only goods shipped outside the EC may incur duties or border taxes, though this depends on your country. Paying any levied taxes are the customer’s responsibility — please ring your local advice bureau for more information.
